This session is designed for swimmers preparing for longer distance open water events, whether it’s a 10km race or a 250km+ ultra endurance swim. It’s also highly valuable for those supporting these athletes, including crew members, coaches, or family.
Drawing on over four decades of experience in endurance swimming, coaching, and high stakes event support, I’ll guide you through the key physical, mental, and logistical considerations that contribute to a successful marathon swim.
