UltraReady is a recorded 60–75 minute session, previously delivered live to UltraSwim participants, now available on demand so you can access it anytime.

I spent a really inspiring, motivating and helpful couple of hours this morning in company of Jay Prchal on his UltraReady: Mindset and Strategy online session. I highly recommend it. Really engaging and worth the price.
As with everything in life (especially when you’ve lived a bit!), some things I knew and were reinforced by Jay, and some were new.
